It was clean, friendly staff and quiet despite being close to large interstate intersection and having renovations. The pool has a chair lift, its being renovated so I hope they keep the lift.

The breakfast was good. Nice selection of breakfast items(ie: cereal, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, muffins, toast, and yogurt. Drink selection was also good..juice, coffee, and tea. The hotel was only 20 minutes from graceland which is where we were going.

Front desk staff was courteous when we checked in during our late afternoon arrival. I've seen remarks on an odor in the hotel. I smelt mild chlorine - because there is an indoor pool - and this was not an issue in my opinion. As far as the pool being closed, the staff told me that the hotel is simply waiting for a permit from the city before they can let anyone swim. The place is fine - book it and be done.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly, he definitely set the tone for a decent stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and stocked.

Convenient to highway, restaurants, etc. The outside of hotel was so so but then again most of Memphis was so so with litter. There was a motorcycle group staying at the hotel as well however I felt safe, my room was clean and all of the amenities worked properly. Other than the noise from the interstate I had a great stay and would stay again. The male clerk that checked me and my husband in on Friday was very nice.

the breakfast was good for a hotel, staff were super friendly and very accommodating. very fast and efficient almost zero wait time checking in. room was super clean and inviting, beds and pillows were super comfortable as a female traveling alone I felt very safe and secure staying here, over all good experience.
